Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Quick Growth Services (OPC) Private Limited, our focus is complete customer satisfaction. We strive to provide high-quality professional services. However, if you are not satisfied with the services provided, you may request a refund subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.
1. Refund Policy
Customers must apply for a refund within 5 (five) days from the date of application/payment for the service.
Refund requests received after 5 days will not be entertained.All refund requests must be submitted via email to:

The company fails to provide the agreed service from its end; and
The reasons provided by the customer are found genuine.
Once a refund is approved and initiated, it may take 7–10 working days for the amount to be credited to the customer’s bank account.
Refund will not be provided:
Once the service has been successfully delivered.
For work already completed or partially completed.
For processing fees, administrative charges, consultation fees, payment gateway charges, or manpower costs already incurred.
For any amount paid to government authorities (filing fees, statutory fees, taxes, etc.).
For any amount paid to third-party service providers involved in processing the order.
If the service is not completed after a refund request, a cancellation charge of 20% + earned fee + government/third-party fees (if any) will be applicable before processing the refund.
2. Cancellation Policy
If a customer changes their mind after availing the service, the company shall not be liable to cancel the service.
If the customer requests to hold or pause the processing of the service, the fees paid will be kept on hold for a maximum period of 1 (one) year from the date of payment. After this period, the amount shall be treated as forfeited.
Before processing any refund request, the company reserves the right to make reasonable efforts to complete the service.
3. Uncontrollable / Ungovernable Factors
Many services depend upon approvals, responses, or actions of Government Authorities or third-party agencies. Therefore:
Approvals, rejections, objections, or delays by Government Authorities;
Technical errors or backlogs on government portals;
Changes in government rules, regulations, or procedures;
are beyond the control of Quick Growth Services (OPC) Private Limited and shall not be eligible grounds for refund.
4. Force Majeure
Quick Growth Services (OPC) Private Limited shall not be held responsible for any delay, interruption, or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disasters, acts of God, epidemic, pandemic, famine, government restrictions, court orders, change in law, war, terrorism, labour strike, lockout, or any similar event (“Force Majeure Event”).
During such events, the company shall not be liable for any refund, delay, or non-performance arising from such circumstances.
5. Policy Updates
Quick Growth Services (OPC) Private Limited reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review this policy periodically.
